Technology for Liberty: Reproductive Surveillance in an Era Post Roe v. Wade
On June 24, 2022, 50 years of precedent were erased when the Supreme Court overturned the landmark legislation that certified a constitutional right to abortion in the United States: Roe V. Wade. This article draws attention to the intersection of technology and reproductive rights, shedding light on the potential data privacy implications and challenges arising from the reversal of Roe V. Wade.
